Our Story

Our primary business at Calendar Holdings LLC is supporting seasonal specialty stores by marketing a large variety of calendars, games, puzzles, and toys. Our retail brands include Calendar Club, Go! Games, and Go! Toys. Our stores can be found each fall in malls and outlet centers in all 50 states, ranging in size from a small freestanding kiosk to a 6,000 square foot multi-concept superstore. From our headquarters and warehouses in Austin, Texas, we distribute and replenish products to almost a thousand stores each year.

Our basic business model is as follows: we buy a wide range of merchandise from the best vendors in our categories, we lease the best available store space from the best landlords in the country, we enter into arrangements with the best retail operators in each market who set up and run our convenient stores with high standards of customer service and merchandising.

In partnerships, Calendar Club operates additional calendar locations in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. We also own and operate the legendary San Francisco Music Box Company, which manufactures and sells beautiful music boxes, musical water globes, and figurines all over the world.

Calendar Club is a privately owned company that started in 1993, with 62 stores. We have grown steadily over the years and today we are highly respected as a dominant retailer and leader within the categories of games and calendars. We strive to maintain our entrepreneurial spirit and we are always on the lookout for new ideas and concepts. Over the years, we have won local and national awards and recognition for our innovative retailing, growth, and use of retail technology.

Our executive team has great experience in seasonal retail and many have been a part of SRV and Calendar Club for a good part of its sixteen years.
